Those marketing trends all have one thing in common - one-way communication.  I&#039;m afraid many businesses are learning the hard way that two-way communication is the best way to not only build relationships but sell products and services - so my point is I understand what you are saying.</description>

What I find humorous is that most of the lessons of social media marketing is really teaching people about how to listen to and interact with customers, something that sales people have been doing for - well it&#039;s one of the oldest professions in history actually.</description>
