		<description>I agree with you. Social media is not all that different from the more traditional methods of communication.  If you engage your readers with good information in a non-confrontational manner, people will feel like they know you personally and will want to read more.  It sometimes amazes me how often social networkers forget that they&#039;re relating to people and not a piece of machinery!</description>
