Sure it is, but it will take work and time. You must find that key component that makes you different. Is it your hours, your location, or perhaps your prices? Maybe it’s neither of those - but you must find something to focus your marketing message.
Once you find the differentiating factor and where the core audience is that looks for that in your line of business you’ll be able to stand out above the competitors.
What is it that makes you different? That’s the key question. If you don’t have the answer find it, if you can’t find it then it’s time to make it up and run with it! Start your plan toward market segmentation.
